As a client, you agree to:
Our fees are discussed during your consultation and outlined in your client agreement. Payment terms, including initial fees and any recurring charges, will be clearly communicated before you commit. All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by applicable law.
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with Belmont Credit Repair within three (3) business days of signing. You may cancel at any time after the initial period with written notice. No fees are charged until services are rendered.
While we have a strong track record of helping clients improve their credit scores, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Credit repair results depend on many factors, including the nature of the negative items, the credit bureaus' responses, and creditor cooperation. Any examples of results on our website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
